VISITORS

1a. A member may be allowed to introduce visitors subject to the rules for the time being in forced or which shall be made from time to time by the Committee.Every visitors shall be the guestof the member   introducing him or her, who be responsible, for his or her safety snd conduct. A member's guest must al the time be accompanied by him.An entry must be made in the Guest's Book provided.

1b.Any member who has been expelled from the club or whose conduct or presence is, in the opinion of the    comittee,injurious to the interest of the club shall not be introduced as a visitor. The term 'Visitor' shall also include Children.


CONDUCT OF MEMBERS

No member shall misconduct or conduct any form of mischief or behave in any manner as to create offence or endanger the safety of the other members of the club or such as to be injurious to the iuterest and prestigeof the club.

COMPLAINS

All complaints must be made in writing within 48 hours from the time of incidents and addressed to the Hon.Secretary. Unless there is a reasonable cause for the delay, no complaint shall be entertained after the time specifiied.

USE OF RANGE

Any members or visitors shall observe safety rules in the handlng of firearms and shall at all the time comply with the instruction of the Shooting Captain or in his absence, the Vice Shooting Captain or any person or member appointed by the committee.

Visitors that is introduce by member may be permitted to use the range provided that: :-

-They obtain permission from the Hon. Secretary,and
-The Shooting Captain or,in his absence Vise Shooting Captain or any other or member   appointed by the  Committee has been duly mnotified, and
- produce for inspection valid licences for the possession or carry and use of firearms from the Police authority.

USE OF CLUB FIREARMS 

Only members may be allowed to use firearms owned by the  club solely for the purpose  accordance with the objects of the club. Application shall be made in writing to Hon. Secretary who shall refer the matter to the Committee.The Committee reserves the right to allow or refuseany applicant  without having to assign any reason for its decision.


Members using firearms owned by the club must obtain valid licences from the Police authority for the carry and use of particular firearms or arms.


TARGET FIRING

Only targets approved by the committee shall be on the range. No member or visitors shall shoot at tin cans,bottles, stones and hard objects which are likely to cause ricochet so as to endanger the safety of any person within the club premises and the range.



PURCHASE OF AMMUNITION


Ammunition purchased from the club must be used solely  for the purpose in accordance with the objects of the club.The numbers of rounds purchased shall be as stipulated in the firearms licence.



RANGE DICIPLINE

Any member of the Committee shAll have implied powers to exclude any member or any person from the range od club premises in the event of such member or person having infringed any of the above rules.



HANDLING OF  FIREARMS

a.) Every member or visitor shall observe gun safety rules that arr posted on the range and club premises.

b.) No firearms or ammunition shall be left unattended at range or within the club premises.
c.)  No firearms shall be loaded or crocked unless the member or visitors is about to shoot at the firing point.
d.) No member or visitors shall allow any other member or person to load his or her firearms at any time at the range or within the club premises.
